Dr. Steven Woskow Ph.D., Managing Partner (President)

Dr. Steven Woskow received a Ph.D. from Iowa State University in 1991 where his research involved fermentation of bacteria used in the food and agriculture industry. He then became Technical Director for a fermentation company. Along with Dr. Rehberger, he formed Agtech in 1993 and has been the President and one of the managing partners since then. His expertise is in the manufacturing, and application of bacterial-based products for food and agriculture. Dr. Woskow works with Agtech's management team on business development, strategic planning, customer relations and overall business operations.

Dr. Thomas Rehberger Ph.D., Managing Partner (Vice President, Director of Research and Development)

Dr. Rehberger received his Ph.D. from Iowa State University in 1988 where his research involved the genetics of bacteria used in the food and agriculture industry. After graduating, he accepted a faculty research and teaching position in the Animal Science Department at Oklahoma State University where he published numerous papers and received patents on the use of Propionibacterium as direct fed microbials. Dr. Rehberger directs the research program at Agtech which uses new molecular biological techniques to examine the relationship between intestinal microbiology and animal health. Dr. Rehberger and his team have numerous patents and publications on the use of direct fed microbials in livestock, and bacterial based products for animal waste treatment. Dr. Rehberger also works with Agtech's management team on business development, strategic planning and education programs for Agtech's customers.
